HK GOLFER MAGAZINE is published by the Hong Kong Golf Association and produced by Design Circles Limited. 美巡賽上的球手,各有各不同的推桿握法,五花八門;但鷹爪握法卻在過去十年愈來愈普及,大牌球手之中首推 Justin Rose 就用得最好。

其實所有球手隨著年齡增長,都會不如小時候那樣視壓力如無物,這狀況正好反映在推桿表現之上,導致傳統握法會令我們的抗壓力更低。我在 6年前改用鷹爪握法直到如今。

鷹爪握法最深得我心之處,在於讓我的右手可以完全被動放鬆,如圖 1 所示,我先把左手放在握把,手指公置於中心,讓推桿的大部分重量放在左手。然後將右手放在握把,完成鷹爪握法。你可以看到我的右手腕完全放鬆,基本上和手背一樣保持平順。我在整個推桿動作都會保持這個狀態,以避免右手腕委曲,尤其在壓力情況下可以令我的推桿動作保持穩定。

簡單而言,如果你從未持到推桿的穩定性和感覺,開始轉用鷹爪握法吧,右上 Evnroll 推桿更是最佳拍檔呢。
