HK GOLFER MAGAZINE is published by the Hong Kong Golf Association and produced by Design Circles Limited. 高拋擊球基礎教學

在面對要擊出高拋球的壓力下,你必須學習如何試用劈起桿的反彈角。

重點是要在擊球前嘗試揮空桿,為你將要打的距離找到揮桿的感覺,同時嘗試要做到刮到地面而非整塊草皮。

高拋球 (THE PITCH SHOT)

攻果嶺時要避免因壓力而犯錯,必須懂得利用劈起桿的反彈角擊出會停球的高拋球。

反彈角 (THE BOUNCE)

反彈角在沙桿背面,位置比桿身邊緣還要低。反彈角度愈高,就愈適合用來打軟綿的沙坑,相反就愈難在偏硬的球道打出高拋球。你首先要搞清楚自己需要的反彈角是多少,假設你經常打的球場的沙坑的沙偏軟,你需要一支反彈角在 12 至 14 度的沙桿;如果該球場的果嶺附近地硬,你就只需要一支反彈角在 4 至 8 度的沙桿。

準備姿勢 (THE SET-UP)

球位應在站位正中間,臀部和肩膀水平與地面成一直線,並將體重向左移,雙腳與目標線呈平衡狀態或稍微張開。

起動 (THE TAKE AWAY)

揮動雙臂時感覺要寬闊,手腕可微微屈曲,須確保球桿趾部朝天,以防在過程中關閉桿面。

 擊球及送桿至完成動作 (IMPACT AND THROUGH TO THE FINISH)

下桿時應保持較淺的揮桿路徑(6 度左右),擊中球時雙手保持平順(碼需要刻意令桿身前傾),這樣可以令桿面以滑行效式擊中球。

當感覺到體重轉移至左腳腳跟時,保持握把向左移,維持桿面朝天。
