HK GOLFER MAGAZINE is published by the Hong Kong Golf Association and produced by Design Circles Limited. 擊球之真義

理解正確的感覺和姿勢,絕對有助你更紮實地擊中球。不少高差點球手都有類似的問題,就是在擊中球時,球桿正在向上揮動甚至呈「撈起」 的狀態,結果導致打厚、打薄甚至擊中球的頂部。我經常建議學生透過練習動作去熟悉和了解真正擊中球時的姿勢和感覺。

撈球惡習

主因是錯誤的跟進動作,我們的運動本能驅使我們自動地做出撈球動作,以為可以令球更容易起飛,但其實我們要相反地在擊球時向下壓,然後在擊球後壓向前方草皮,方為正確。

先拿起一支 P 或沙桿,進行慣常的準備動作,然後握短握把至中間及縮窄站位。現在是時候進行練習。首先轉動左邊臀部至 30 度的開放狀態,然後將握把微微推前至球的較前位置,保持鼻子在球的上方,這就是模擬擊中球的姿勢。

現在嘗試上桿至一半然後停頓,再慢慢地回轉至圖 2 的擊球位置。

現在一氣呵成地半揮桿,目標距離為 50 碼,然後逐漸將揮桿幅度加大,但要不斷重複回轉到同樣的擊球位置。這個練習能夠助你有效地修正擊球問題,尤其在擊球時做到下壓而反撈起。
