HK GOLFER MAGAZINE is published by the Hong Kong Golf Association and produced by Design Circles Limited. 高拋球秘訣

誰沒有看過左手神將米高遜神乎奇技的果嶺邊高拋球?今次就由我來講解這種短桿技術的基本技巧。

香港球場的果嶺一般面積細小,攻果嶺時落在旁邊長草十分常見,想憑普通的切桿技術切至近洞亦殊不容易,因此在必要時你要選擇打高拋球。我經過長時間的練習和實戰經驗,現已掌握到打出準繩高拋球的技巧。

 

如圖 1 所示,你可以看到果嶺面積太細小,我只能靠打出高拋球才有可能切至近洞。

 

於是我調整了站位,類似沙坑中的打法,膝蓋屈曲幅度較大,站位較闊。整個準備動作的重點是桿身的角度,我們一般在切桿時會將桿身靠向球位,但打高拋球時會將手和桿身位置移後至中間位置,而且透調調整握法將桿面打開。我會在起動時迅速鎖住手腕,加大上桿的幅度。下桿時我會放膽加速,而且確保桿面維持開放狀態,中球時通過球的底部。

 

我會透過揮桿的幅度控制擊球距離,同時以準備擊球前桿面的打開程度以作輔助。這是一種講求手感的擊球技巧,然而當你掌握了箇中竅門後,控制距離就易如反掌。此外,切記握桿要輕巧,過量施壓會影響擊球質素。

 

在實戰前盡可能反複練習,到真正下場時就變成你保 Par 的武器了,我保證你的球友都會看得拍爛手掌!
